Information We Collect

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”

Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.

Personal Information includes your name, email address, business details, connected social account metadata, uploaded media, and any other information you submit to us that can be used to personally identify you.

ORAIA Socials may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, media storage, analytics, authentication, AI generation, and social network publishing. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google User Data — What We Collect and With Whom We Share It

If you sign in with Google or connect YouTube or Google Business Profile, we receive Google user data that you authorize. This may include your Google account name and email address; YouTube channel id, channel name, and thumbnail; OAuth access and refresh tokens; and, when you publish, the video file, title, description, and privacy status you submit. For Google Business Profile we may receive account and location identifiers needed to create a local post.

We use this data only to provide the features you request: signing in, connecting your channel or Business Profile, uploading videos to your YouTube channel, and creating Google Business Profile posts. We do not use Google user data to serve ads, build unrelated profiles, or train independent AI models.

We share, transfer, or disclose Google user data only with the parties listed below, and only as needed to operate the service:

• Google LLC (including YouTube and Google Business Profile) — to authenticate you, read the channel or location you connect, and upload or publish content you submit;
• MongoDB, Inc. — to store connection metadata and encrypted OAuth tokens so you can stay signed in and publish later;
• Vercel Inc. — to host and run the application that processes your requests;
• Cloudinary, Inc. — to store media you upload so we can send that file to YouTube or other networks you choose;
• Stripe, Inc. — to process subscription payments (account email and billing details, not YouTube video content);
• Our email delivery provider (SMTP) — to send account, security, and support messages to the email on your account.

Google User Data — What We Do Not Do

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with data brokers, advertisers, or other unrelated third parties. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except the processors named in this policy, or if required by law, legal process, or to prevent harm.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect YouTube or Google at any time in Settings, which stops new Google API access. You may also request deletion of your account and stored Google connection data by contacting us at the email below.

TikTok Data

If you connect TikTok, we receive data you authorize through TikTok’s OAuth scopes (currently user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish). This may include your TikTok open id, display name, avatar, and access/refresh tokens. When you publish, we send the video file and the caption, privacy status, interaction settings, and commercial-content disclosures you select in ORAIA Socials.

We use this data only to connect your TikTok account and to upload or publish content you explicitly submit. We do not sell TikTok user data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect TikTok at any time on the Connect page.

Cookies and Web Beacons

We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on our website to help customize the website and improve your experience. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of our website.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
