Refund Policy

ORAIA Socials provides access to a digital, subscription-based software platform. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or previously billed months. Customers are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions prior to the next billing date. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic billing.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Continued use of the service after a billing event constitutes acceptance of the charges.

Claims of unauthorized or fraudulent charges are invalid if the account shows evidence of access or usage after the transaction.

Refunds, if any, are granted solely at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
